1. 運営者と対象
Mizoi（以下「運営者」）は、iOS・Android向け「バッジクレーン / Badge Crane」（以下「本アプリ」）について、次のとおり情報を取り扱います。お問い合わせ先は mizoijin.0201@gmail.com です。
2. 取り扱う情報と目的
- アカウント識別子：Firebase AuthenticationのユーザーID等を、利用者の識別、ゲームデータの保存、アクセス制御に使用します。匿名認証でも識別子は発行され、サーバーに保存されます。
- ゲームデータ：プレイ履歴、獲得バッジ、ミッション、プレイ回数、利用権、処理日時等を、ゲームの提供、残高管理、不正利用防止に使用します。
- 購入情報：商品ID、取引識別子、購入・返金状況、ストア・利用環境、アカウント識別子等を、購入の確認、利用権の付与、重複処理の防止に使用します。カード番号等の決済情報はAppleまたはGoogleが取り扱い、運営者は取得しません。
- お問い合わせ：本文、任意入力のメールアドレス、アカウント識別子、返信履歴を、サポート対応に使用します。
- 通信・技術情報：IPアドレス、OS・アプリのバージョン、端末やアプリの完全性確認に必要な情報、サービスログ等を、通信、障害対応、セキュリティ対策のためにサービス提供者が処理する場合があります。
- 端末内の設定：音・振動・チュートリアル・お気に入り等の設定を端末内に保存します。
3. 外部サービス
本アプリは、認証・データ保存・画像配信・サーバー処理・不正利用対策にGoogle Firebaseを、課金管理にRevenueCatを、決済にApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを使用します。これらの提供者は機能提供に必要な情報を処理します。提供者の拠点・設備により、日本国外で処理される場合があります。
運営者は個人情報を販売しません。広告目的の情報提供は行いません。法令に基づく場合や、上記の業務委託等を除き、必要な同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
4. 保存・削除・お問い合わせ
アプリ内のアカウント削除機能から削除を依頼できます。利用できない場合は上記メールへご連絡ください。本人確認のため、必要最小限の情報をお願いすることがあります。パスワードやカード番号は送らないでください。
削除処理ではアカウント、サーバー上のゲームデータ、お問い合わせ本文・返信等を削除します。ただし、不正な再付与の防止、取引照合、法令対応等に必要な取引識別情報・削除済み記録・ログを、目的に必要な範囲で保存する場合があります。外部サービスが保存する取引履歴やログには、それぞれの保存・削除方針が適用されます。アプリのアンインストールだけではサーバー上のアカウント削除にはなりません。
開示・訂正・削除等のご相談は上記窓口で受け付けます。法令に従い、本人確認のうえ対応します。
5. 安全管理と改定
アクセス制御、暗号化通信等により情報を保護します。機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを見直し、重要な変更は本ページやアプリ内でお知らせし、必要な場合は同意を取得します。

2. Information and purposes
We process Firebase account identifiers, including identifiers issued for anonymous accounts, to identify users and protect access. Game records, collected badges, missions, play balances, entitlements and timestamps support gameplay, accounting and fraud prevention. Purchase product IDs, transaction identifiers, purchase/refund status, store/environment and account identifiers support purchase verification and entitlement delivery. Apple or Google handles payment card details; we do not receive them.
Support messages, an optional email address, account identifiers and replies are used to respond to inquiries. Service providers may process IP addresses, OS/app versions, integrity information and technical logs for communication, security and troubleshooting. Sound, vibration, tutorial and favorite settings are stored on your device.
3. Service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, storage, content delivery, backend processing and integrity checks; RevenueCat for purchase management; and Apple App Store or Google Play for payment processing. Their privacy policies are linked above. Processing may take place outside your country, including outside Japan. We do not sell personal information or provide it for advertising. Service providers receive information needed for their functions; other disclosures require an appropriate legal basis.
4. Retention, deletion and requests
Request account deletion in the app, or contact the email above if you cannot access it. We may request minimal information to verify ownership. Never send passwords or payment card numbers. Account deletion removes the account, server-side game data and support messages/replies. Limited transaction identifiers, deletion records or logs may be retained where needed to prevent duplicate grants, reconcile transactions or meet legal obligations. External providers retain and delete their records under their own policies. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and ownership verification.
5. Security and updates
We use access controls and encrypted communications. We will update this page as necessary, notify users of material changes through this page or the app, and obtain consent where required.
